Overview
The Shipments screen within the Customer Portal displays shipments associated with Data Transfer Service requests. Upon accessing the screen, shipping requests from the last 30 days are displayed. Shipments may be sorted and filtered to view older shipments or specific shipment types. Follow the steps below to sort or filter the shipments list.
Sort or Filter the Shipments List
- Access the Shipments screen within the Customer Portal. Refer to Access the Shipments Screen.
- Determine if the view should be filtered for specific details or sorted by shipment status.
If the view should be... Then... Sorted by shipment status - Select one of the following options from the Display drop down box:
- Open Shipping Requests
- Closed Shipping Requests
- Canceled Shipping Requests
- All Shipping Requests
- No further action is required.
Filtered for specific details Proceed to the next step. - Select one of the following options from the Display drop down box:
- Complete one or more of the filter options available on the Filter tab. Refer to the table below for more information.
Filter Option Entry Information Shipped Date Select the time frame of the shipment from the drop down box. Shipped From Select the location from which the shipment originated from the drop down box. Carrier Select the courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) transporting the shipment from the drop down box. Shipment Type Select the type of shipment from the drop down box. Shipped To Select the location to which the shipment was sent from the drop down box. Tracking Number Enter the tacking number provided by the courier in the text box. Item Description Enter the description of the item being shipped in the text box. - Click the Filter button to filter the Shipment List. Click the Cancel button to cancel the action.
What Happens Next
After filtering the Shipments List, all shipments that correspond with the parameters set by the filter are displayed in the Shipment List. To modify the filter options entered, click the Modify button and update the desired filter options. To clear all parameters set by the filter, click the Clear All button. If the results were sorted by the shipment status, all shipments that are within the selected status are displayed. Select a new status from the drop down list to update the displayed results at any time.
