If you have lost or need to reset your password:
- click the lost password link on the customer portal login page. Once you have clicked the "Forgot Password" link, you will be prompted for your username, this must match what is currently on file. Once submitted, you will be emailed a link to reset your password which will be valid for 24 hours. You will be required to select and answer three security questions. If you fail to answer the security questions within five tries, the reset password form will be locked for 15 minutes, before you can try again.
