As ARIN passes along additional requirements to us, we've incorporated those requirements in our process. Even though it takes a little time and effort on the customer's side to request additional IPv4 allocations, it's much easier for us to make a case for you when working with ARIN if we can explain exactly how the IPv4 addresses will be used (and why they are NEEDED).
